S Class 2 Roll Cutters can read barcodes printed below the job. The barcode format has to be PostNet. Barcode functionality needs to be activated using the procedure detailed below:

1. Power on the cutter (media not needed) and press the S2 Class Logo                                                                                                                                        

2. Note the serial number of the machine

Registration

1. Go to Product Registration.

2. Complete the Form and Click Send.

3. An activation code will be displayed as shown below.

4. The activation code will also be sent via e-mail

Activation

1. Power on the cutter and press the Actions button.

2. Press Unlock OPOS Barcode

3. Enter the activation code by using the numeric keys

4. Press the Apply button

5. Press the below icon to return to the main menu.

Make sure the alignment mode is not set to BARCODE (Reference the User Manual.)
