F Series - How to Replace a Kiss-Cut Knife

1. Click Change Tool in Axis Control. 

2. Press and hold the button on the module (1) while turning the wheel (2) until the tool can be removed.

3. After removing the tool, turn the end of the tool counterclockwise to access the knife.

4. Remove the knife with the backside of a knife. 

5. Replace the knife. Put the flat side of the knife against the flat side of the knife holder. Use the knife-pusher to make sure the knife is secured.

6. Replace the knife holder in the tool and keep turning clockwise until you see the tip of the knife. Push and turn until the pin fits. 

7. Turn until you see the tip of the knife. 

8. Insert the tool back in the module, press and hold the button (1)  and turn the tool until the pin falls in the slot (2). 

9. Turn the wheel until it's tight. 

10. Click Online in Axis Control.
