How to retrieve lost activation codes and back-up files

Some Summa products have Activation Codes and/or License Activation Codes to activate software or additional features. Product Activation files can be retrieved by using the serial number of the product.  License Activation Codes can be retrieved by using the email originally used to register license. You must select the "Retrieve my GoProduce activation files" to get the "License Activation Code". 

Make sure the product is registered correctly before you try to recover the data.

1. Go to the Summa website: www.summa.com

2. Click on the "Support" section:

3. Click on "Software/firmware"

4. Click on "download backup and activation files"

5. Choose between the options:

6. Enter your serial or dongle number and click 'Submit'.

7. Available data will be shown and can be downloaded.

In case you did not register yet complete the form and click "Submit"
