Despite having to set up your default material methods and import job method to layer names, SGP still doesn't display the layers names correctly. The default top layer set in your material is the only layer that is shown.
This could be the result of how a PDF was saved.
Open a PDF job in Adobe Reader and go to the layer tab (1) and then you should see the different layers (2).
When saving the PDF, there are custom settings available.
By Default, there will be a checked box for "Create Acrobat Layers from the Top-Level Layers." Check this box and save the PDF.
If other settings are selected, the checkbox is disabled as shown below:
Without this function, Adobe isn't able to create layers in your PDF. When opened in GoProduce/GoSign, it will be read as a single layer, thus only showing the default layer (methods) that have been set for the material. It will only appear in the Kiss Cut layer, even though it was design with a Thru-cut layer in the PDF.
