When de-activation of the GoProduce license does not work in the software you can try to manually de-activate the license using the "Windows command prompt".

To manually de-activate the GoProduce license file proceed as follows:

  • Check if GoProduce is installed in the "Program Files" or "Program Files x86)" folder. This will be important to know for next steps. Also check the folder name, it could be "Summa GoProduce" or "Summa GoProduce Flatbed Edition"
  • Open the "Windows command prompt"
  •  Enter following text below, depending where the software is installed. : FOR latest versions of SummaGoProduce: "c:\Program Files\Summa GoProduce Flatbed Edition\SummaGoProduceInstallTools.exe" -deactivate

RED: "Program Files" will be used for latest versions of the software (64bit). For old versions of the software the data is installed under "Program Files (x86)"

GREEN: "Summa GoProduce Flatbed Edition" will be used for latest versions of the software. For old version of the software the data will be under "Summa GoProduce"

  • "c:\Program Files\Summa GoProduce Flatbed Edition\SummaGoProduceInstallTools.exe" -deactivate_old_major_versions GoProduceFlatbedEdition
