If you have a printed job without any registration marks it is still possible to do print and cut using one of the below workarounds.
1. Align with sheet edges.
Create a job where the page size is equal to that of your sheet and where your design is correctly positioned on.
Open the material manager and select a 'Media edge' camera profile for the material you want to use.
Output the job, select 'Send design relative to origin' and then select 'Align with sheet edges'.
The machine will use the camera to find the sheet edges and determine where it needs to cut.
2. Fake registration marks.
Manually create registration marks you normally use in the cut file and position them randomly on easy recognizable parts of the print, for example the corner of a letter or rectangle.
There must be at least 3 or more and are spaced across the cut file.
The registration marks must be recognized in SGP as normal.
Output the job as usual and manually go to the first mark location.
Line up the crosshair in the viewfinder with the corner you put the registration mark on (1).
Use 'Current location' (2) and repeat the process until all registration marks are located.
This way we trick the system in thinking there are marks on the printout.
The machine will now know where the print is positioned and will determine where to cut.
