General - Before Installing Any Summa Software

Before installing any Summa software, complete the following steps:

Make sure there is no anti-virus program running.
Go to any folder and open Folder Options.
1. Click on the View Tab.
2. Make sure ‘Show hidden files, folders and drives’ is selected
3. Make sure ‘Hide extensions for known file types’ is UN-checked

3. Click on the Start button and Search for "UAC" (User Account Control).

4. Set ‘User Account Control Settings’ to the lowest setting of ‘Never notify ’

5. Download Summa Software.

6. Right click on the install file and select ‘Run as Administrator ’
